Mortgage Debt Reset Mission Statement

The mission of Mortgage Debt Reset is to educate homeowners and commercial property owners about the mortgage loans they have, and to provide the means to get out from under these oppressive mortgages.

Mortgage Debt Reset seeks to provide a process whereby any home owner or commercial property owner can remove the burden of over-encumbered loans and replace them with liens no greater than current market values.

Because the real estate bubble has burst and left the value of properties way below the loans taken out to acquire them, many people today find themselves stuck in their properties. Increasingly these people are unable to make the monthly payments necessary to keep these mortgage loans current, and they find themselves sliding into foreclosure.

Since more and more properties fall into the foreclosure process, there is a need to provide education about these mortgage loans; what they are, how they are processed, and what can be done to remedy this situation.

Although Mortgage Debt Reset cannot give any advice or recommend any specific course of action with respect to these mortgage loans, Mortgage Debt Reset can point out the nature of these mortgages and the rights anyone has with respect to them. It is up to any individual to decide how they are going to act on the information provided. See our Disclaimers governing what we can and cannot say.

Mortgage Debt Reset seeks to inform people that they do have a choice when they are saddled with an underwater mortgage loan. People can choose to get out from under without doing a short sale, deed in lieu of foreclosure, or letting their property go into the foreclosure process. People do not have to lose their properties to the predatory actions of those in the U.S. banking system.

If you are one of these people, you have the choice to find out what your options are and review our process. You can sign up and receive our material and decide for yourself whether our Mortgage Debt Reset Program will provide the underwater mortgage relief you’re looking for.
